The International Executive Search Federation adds a new member firm in Austria

September 27, 2022 – The International Executive Search Federation (IESF) has expanded to Austria with the addition of YBM Partners as the newest member firm. “Our expansion with Austria as a traditional gateway to Eastern Europe is in line with IESF’s strategy as a growing international organization to be more represented in emerging markets in Central Europe. and eastern,” the research network said.

“As a new member of our network, we welcome YBM partners,” said Gertjan van de Groep, President of the IESF. “With their presence in Austria, it gives our organization wider representation, both from our existing members to this newcomer and vice versa. The organization recently appointed Mr. van de Groep from IESF Netherlands (Van de Groep & Olsthoorn Executive Search) as the new president. He succeeded Victor Carulla of IESF Spain (Headway Executive Search) who resigned after completing three years as president. “I can’t wait to be president.
